Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality painted products, is seeking a 2nd Shift Powder Paint Load/Unload Associate to join their dedicated team. As a 2nd Shift Powder Paint Load/Unload Associate, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the painting and finishing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Powder Paint Load/Unload Associate

Location: Allentown, PA

Pay Range:

Shift: Second Shift

What's the Job?

• Load and unload products onto and from conveyor lines in the correct sequence to ensure smooth production flow.
• Move materials to and from the paint conveyor area efficiently and safely.
• Set up the line as needed to hang products for painting and finishing processes.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area, adhering to 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and line operators to coordinate handling of parts and ensure quality standards are met.

• Basic mechanical and mathematical skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• A desire to learn new skills and improve existing knowledge.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
