Assembler 3

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Production team supporting manufacturing and assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler 
Location: New Berlin, WI
Pay Range: $20.00/hour

What's the Job?

• Perform basic and complex assembly and wiring of products and systems.
• Read and interpret engineering configuration drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Use assembly tools, materials, machines, and equipment to complete production tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure production goals and deadlines are met.
• Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and wiring schematics.
• Experience using assembly tools, equipment, and machinery..
