Assembler

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be an integral part of the production process, supporting high-quality product assembly and inspection. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Lincolnshire, IL

Pay Range: $20/hr

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Assemble and inspect products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Use hand tools to assemble parts according to work instructions
• Operate and monitor production equipment in the assigned work area
• Set up and perform basic changeovers on equipment
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• Ability to follow written and visual work instructions
• Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
