Our client, a leading medical manufacturing company, is seeking Manufacturing Associates to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Production team supporting the assembly, inspection, and packaging of healthcare products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate - Assembler

Location: Indianola, PA

Pay Rate:

  • $16.00/hour - 1st Shift
  • $18.00/hour - 2nd Shift

Available Shifts:

  • 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:20 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:20 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assemble radiology medical products used to diagnose health care challenges when contrast is used for CT scans
  • Package products carefully to maintain high quality standards
  • Inspect and validate manufacturing quality, including performing rework when needed
  • Capture data related to product quality and traceability, and complete associated paperwork
  • Maintain a clean & safe work environment while collaborating with the shift team and supporting cross-training

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred
  • 1 year of work experience
  • Entry level math skills (adding/subtracting) and basic reading skills
  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Communication skills, adaptability to fast-paced changing situations, and demonstrated teamwork
Preferences (Experience, Skills):

• 3-6 months assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in medical device manufacturing
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications
