Typical daily duties:

• Perform electronic and mechanical assembly of components, assemblies, and sub-assemblies following drawings and work instructions
• Read and interpret blueprints, standard operating procedures, and technical documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while supporting safety and quality standards

What we're looking for:

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Mechanical or electronic assembly experience is preferred but not required for entry-level candidates

Additional experience with soldering, cable harness assembly, hand tools, PC board assembly, testing, programming, or fabrication processes is a plus. Candidates must be safety-focused, accountable, adaptable, and willing to learn new skills throughout the organization.
