Assemblers / Production Workers

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in bedding products, is seeking several dedicated Assemblers / Production Workers to join their team.  As a vital part of the production department, supporting the assembly and manufacturing of mattresses and bedding items, the ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assemblers / Production Workers

Location: West Coxsackie, NY

Pay Range: $21.00-$23.00- 1st Shift
                     $23.00-$25.00- 2nd Shift

Shift:  6am-2:30pm or 2pm-11:30pm- Monday-Friday
 

What's the Job?

• Assemble and manufacture mattresses and bedding products efficiently and accurately
• Operate production equipment safely and responsibly
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Lift, move, and stack materials as needed to support production flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What's Needed?

• No prior manufacturing experience required; willingness to learn is valued
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
