Production/Assembly Worker – $21.50 hourly ( Direct Hire )

- Pay $21.50 hourly
- Day shift 8:00am-5:00pm or 7:00am-4:00pm
- Paid training

- Hands-on work with engineering and manufacturing teams
- Assembling industrial structures and solutions using aluminum profiles according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Performing drilling, tapping, boring, countersinking, and other machining operations
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints using the metric system
- Conducting final inspections and adjustments to ensure product quality before release to Quality Control
- Maintaining production documentation and collaborating with engineers on design solutions
- Using CAD viewers and 3D PDF software to review digital drawings
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Previous assembly, metal fabrication, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints
- Experience with hand and power tools and basic machining operations
- Knowledge of metric measurements and aluminum profile systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
