Our client, a medical device manufacturing environment, is seeking a Assembly Associate to join their team. As a Assembly Associate, you will be part of the production team supporting daily kit assembly and quality-focused operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliable attendance and punctuality, and comfort with repetitive, hands-on work—all of which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembly Associate
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $18
Shift: Monday to Friday 7am-4pm
What's the Job?
- Assemble product kits according to established procedures and work instructions
- Verify components and materials to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Inspect finished kits for quality and compliance with company standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Support packaging, labeling, and other production-related duties as needed
What's Needed?
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand movements, and lift up to 25-30 pounds occasionally
