Our client, a leading manufacturer in the electrical connection and protection solutions industry, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Operator to join their team. As an Assembly Operator, you will be part of the Assembly department supporting build, test, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a team-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembly Operator
Location: Warwick, RI
Pay Range: $18
Shift: 6am-2pm
What's the Job?
- Build and assemble detailed products using hand and power tools.
- Read drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials to ensure accuracy.
- Measure, inspect, and test products to meet quality standards.
- Package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and keep work areas organized and efficient.
What's Needed?
- Electro-mechanical assembly experience
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read drawings and follow work instructions
- Team-player mindset and willingness to learn
- 1–2 years of complex assembly experience preferred
