Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in electromechanical products, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Technician, you will be an integral part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality assembly and testing of electromechanical components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Technician

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Pay Range: $25hr

Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What's the Job?

  • Assemble electromechanical products by following detailed process instructions and engineering drawings.
  • Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality control of assemblies and sub-assemblies.
  • Utilize hand tools, measuring devices, and testing equipment to ensure product specifications are met.
  • Support ISO certification processes, maintain documentation, and participate in audits.
  • Assist in inventory management, receiving materials, and documenting non-conforming items.

What's Needed?

  • High School diploma or GED required; technical school experience is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, work instructions, and bills of material.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
