Our client, manufacturing is seeking a Bagger Operator to join their team. As a Bagger Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to troubleshoot routine equipment issues which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bagger Operator

Location: Rothschild, WI

Pay Range: $26.54

Shift: 2-2-3 (Night) 5:45pm-6am

What's the Job?

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area.
  • Set-up, operate, and monitor various types of machines and specialized equipment to optimize capability and output.
  • Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work being performed.
  • Troubleshoot problems that may occur and repair issues as needed, following strict safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Accurately maintain records and documentation as required, and notify your supervisor of unusual problems, delays, and/or safety issues.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the job function or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork, with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to frequently stand, walk, kneel, reach, climb, pull, and bend with full range of body motion; must be able to read, write, perform basic mathematical calculations, and accurately record data required.
