Baking Crew

Our client in Blaine is seeking dependable and motivated team members to join their cheesecake production facility. In this role, you'll help create high-quality products in a clean, fast-paced food manufacturing environment while ensuring food safety, and production goals are consistently met. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity to start or grow your career in food production.

Job Title: Baking Crew

Location: Blaine, WA

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 

What's the Job?

• Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods while maintaining production speed.
• Ensure all products meet defined quality and food safety standards.
• Receive cross-training in various bakery roles to expand your skills and help the team succeed.
• Use excellent hand and finger dexterity to meet production targets.

• Willingness to learn and rotate through different bakery tasks.
• Team-first attitude and good communication skills.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to follow food safety and quality expectations consistently.
