Bindery Bundler

Our client is seeking a Bindery Bundler to join their team. As a Bindery Bundler, you will be part of the Production team supporting day-to-day bindery operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to follow established procedures to help keep production moving smoothly.

Job Title: Bindery Bundler

Location: Grand Rapids, MI

Pay: $18.50

Shift: 2nd 3pm-11pm

What's the Job?

• Bundle finished print materials accurately according to production requirements and established guidelines.
• Verify counts and quality checks to ensure orders are prepared correctly for the next step in the workflow.
• Handle materials safely and responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures and production instructions to support consistent output.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily production expectations.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and accuracy for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure correct bundling, counts, and order readiness.
• Comfort working on-site in Grand Rapids, MI and collaborating with the production team.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to safety procedures.
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to completing assigned work on time.
