Brazing Assembler

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and assembly services, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brazing Assembler to join their dedicated team. As a Brazing Assembler, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong manual dexterity, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Brazing Assembler

Location: Archdale, NC

Pay Range: $15/hr

Shift: 1st shift - M-Th, 6am - 4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform various tasks involved with assembling components and sub-assemblies according to detailed instructions.
• Operate and monitor machinery used in heat bonding and brazing operations.
• Conduct quality inspections, testing, and audits to ensure product standards are met.
• Read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings and documentation.
• Assist with packing, processing paperwork for shipping, and inspecting/repairing RMA items.

What's Needed?

• Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts and tools.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs using proper techniques.
• Ability to operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and machinery as required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow detailed instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality and safety standards.
