Our client, a facility operations team, is seeking a Consumables Attendant to join their team. As a Consumables Attendant, you will be part of the Consumables support function, helping keep essential supplies organized, stocked, and ready for use across the facility. The ideal candidate will bring a strong attention to detail, a dependable work ethic, and the ability to stay focused while handling inventory and cleaning tasks.
Job Title: Consumables Attendant
Location: Taylor, TX
Pay Range: $17.00
Shift: Day shift (12 hours) | 5:45AM - 6:15PM
What's the Job?
- Fold smocks and hood according to size and types
- Complete general cleaning and laundering duties
- Perform material inventory of Consumables supplies to different areas at the facility
- Restock and refill smocks, hairnets, face masks, shoe covers, wipes, water jugs, water cups, and other supplies
- Organize supplies and stock; sort and count with close attention to detail, including garment counts
What's Needed?
- Previous janitorial/cleaning work experience
- Ability to walk 3-5 miles as part of daily duties
- Ability to lift between 5-20 lb as needed for stocking and supply handling
- Strong attention to detail for sorting, counting, and garment counts
- Ability to follow procedures for folding, laundering, and restocking items by size and type
