Conversion Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Conversion Operator to join their team. As a Conversion Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Conversion Operator

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 12 Hour - Days, 7AM-7PM

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor machines used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedule.
• Record production data and complete required documentation.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Understand and adhere to quality control standards.

What's Needed?

• 1+ year of manufacuting expierence required. 
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependability and a proactive approach to work.
• Steel Toes Shoes/Boots
