Deburr, Grinding and Sanding

Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Deburr, Grinding and Sanding to join their team. As a Deburr, Grinding and Sanding, you will be part of the production team supporting hands-on quality work. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions consistently, and the confidence to work independently while staying aligned with the team.

Job Title: Deburr, Grinding and Sanding

Pay Range: $23

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Log into a job using the data collection system and review the work instructions for the run.
• Review the job requirements and count parts to be worked on before starting.
• Grind and deburr per the work order (W/OP) to meet the required finish and specifications.
• Perform first article checks and ensure the work is signed off by QC.
• Self-inspect parts throughout the run to maintain quality, then log out of the job in the data collection system and move the job to the next operation.

What's Needed?

• Basic reading skills to understand work instructions and job documentation.
• Ability to use hand tools, including grinders, safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate, thorough work.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• General education.
