Job Title: Distribution Coordinator
Location: Richmond, UT
Schedule: 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri, Occassional Weekends)
Pay Rate: $23/hourly
Join a fast-paced manufacturing environment and play a key role in supporting office operations, customer communications, and distribution activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Utilize SAP for daily administrative functions
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, courier deliveries, and other correspondence
- Prepare and send samples and product returns
- Purchase, receive, and replenish office supplies as needed
- Coordinate maintenance and service scheduling for office equipment
Qualifications
- Secretarial, Administrative, or Business School Certificate preferred
- Previous administrative, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Experience using SAP is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
