Equipment Operator

Our client, a fast-paced warehouse and logistics operation, is seeking a Equipment Operator I to join their team. As a Equipment Operator I, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting day-to-day material movement, inventory flow, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong safety mindset, the ability to follow work instructions accurately, and the drive to perform consistently in a physically demanding environment.

Job Title: Equipment Operator I

Location: Sayreville, NJ

Pay Rate: $20

Shift:
2nd shift: 3:30 PM - Finish Monday - Friday • (Shifts may extend up to 12 hours based on business needs)
3rd shift 8:00pm - 5:30am Sunday - Thursday

What's the Job?

• Operate Raymond Reach Trucks to support efficient put-away, replenishment, and picking operations.
• Operate counterbalance forklifts and cherry pickers safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Use double blade pallet jacks to transport pallets as needed for warehouse workflows.
• Follow English-only headset/computer-generated picking instructions to complete tasks accurately.
• Maintain safe, productive equipment operation in a non-temperature controlled warehouse environment.

What's Needed?

• Minimum 1 year of Reach Truck operating experience.
• Experience with I-Warehouse machines.
• Ability to operate a counterbalance forklift.
• Experience using RF scanners (1+ year preferred).
• Experience with double blade pallet jacks (pallet jack experience is a plus).
