Industrial Custodian

Help Keep Our Facility Running Smoothly!

Are you someone who takes pride in keeping things clean, organized, and safe? We're looking for a dependable Industrial Custodian to join our team in Newton, NC. In this role, you'll help maintain a clean and professional manufacturing environment that supports employees across the facility.

Schedule

• Monday - Thursday | 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Overtime as assigned

What You'll Do

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain facility floors
• Empty trash and recycling containers
• Restock supplies throughout the facility
• Support cleanliness in production and warehouse areas
• Assist with special cleaning projects as needed
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Previous custodial, janitorial, housekeeping, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus
