Machine Operator

Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Fabrication Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?

• Set up and operate hydraulic press brake machines according to blueprints and specifications
• Review program specifications and adjust machine operations for accurate production
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure production quality
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to identify defects or inaccuracies
• Maintain production logs and document approved and defective units

What’s Needed?

• Experience operating press brake machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
• Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow PPE and safety protocols
