Great opportunity in Rocklford MI
We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals. This role involves operating automated production equipment, inspecting and assembling parts, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery.
- Inspect, trim, and assemble parts to quality specifications.
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements.
- Meet production goals and efficiency standards.
- Use basic hand tools and measuring devices.
- Work in different production areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent attendance and reliability are a must
- Must be willing and able to work 55-60 hours per week, including Saturdays and overtime as needed.
- Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly in some areas
- Comfortable performing repetitive work
- Basic math and measuring skills.
- Previous Quality Control experience
- Good hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Previous automotive manufacturing experience
- 1st and 2nd shift available
- Long term to hire
