Machine operator 1st shift

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in industrial safety solutions, is seeking a Machine Operator for their first shift to join their dedicated team. As a Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency in every task. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator 

Location: BROOMFIELD, CO

We currently have three shifts available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:15 AM - 3:45 PM
  Pay: $22.75/hour
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 PM - 2:00 AM
  Pay: $24.75/hour
• Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  Pay: $24.75/hour
  Candidates interested in the weekend shift must be available to interview during weekend shift hours.

What's the Job?

• Perform daily production and assembly tasks to support manufacturing operations
• Operate presses and other machinery involved in the reaction injection molding process
• Trim excess flash from molded parts and conduct quality checks on each piece
• Assist in assembling parts, molding, and de-molding processes
• Cross-train with team members to learn multiple functions and support team growth

What's Needed?

• Ability to sit or stand in a stationary position for approximately 75% of the shift
• Capability to move within the warehouse, including occasional use of stairs
• Proficiency in using fingers/hands for assembly of small parts and tools
• Comfort with repetitive motions and grasping tools or parts for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, or move supplies and products weighing over 35 pounds
