Machine Operator 2nd and 3rd Shift

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Machine Operator 3rd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator 3rd Shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator  3rd Shift

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range:  $21

Shift: 3rd shift - 11pm to 7am, Sunday start, with potential for up to 4 hours overtime before or after scheduled shift, including weekends

What's the Job?

• Assist with machine setup, calibration, and operation of manufacturing equipment
• Monitor production quality to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting using hand tools
• Accurately document production data, downtime, and maintenance using computer systems
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors to resolve issues and meet production goals

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 3 years of proven and consistent work experience in manufacturing
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to work any shift in a 3-shift environment and up to 4 hours overtime as needed
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math used in manufacturing processes
