Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in the textile manufacturing industry, is seeking experienced Machine Operators to join their team. As a machine operator, you will be part of successful team that is committed to providing quality products to clients worldwide. The ideal candidate will have previous production experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a stable work history which will allow them to quickly become a productive member of the team.

Job Title: Machine Operator, 2nd and 3rd Shifts

Location: Waynesboro, PA

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

What’s the Job?

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Make adjustments as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting as needed
• Use basic hand tools to complete mechanical adjustments and repairs
• Complete production documentation

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
• Prior production/manufacturing experience
• Strong work ethic
• Stable work history
