Manufacturing Operator 3rd Shift

Our client, a giant in the cosmetics industry is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the Production department supporting Packaging Operations Team. The ideal candidate will have Strong attention to detail, Mechanical aptitude and Problem Solving Skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Somerset, NJ

Pay Range: $22- $23 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Operate Packaging and Production lines to ensure products are packaged efficiently. 
• Start and shut down Equipment following safety and operating procedures.
• Monitor Production process and identify equipment malfunctions, line stoppages or quality concerns.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and make basic adjustments or repairs to keep production running Smoothly.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area. 

What’s Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to work 2nd or 3rd Shift
• Attention to detail
• Mechanical Aptitude
• Dependability and strong work ethic.
