Manufacturing Techinican

Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay Range: $23-$25

Shift: Evenings (15:00-23:00) or Days (07:00-15:00)

What's the Job?

• Safely operate extrusion and reprocessing equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings, including extruder speeds, temperatures, pressures, and winder speeds to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Produce orders according to production schedules and customer requirements.
• Perform product labeling, production reporting, and data entry accurately and timely.
• Complete required quality inspections, testing, and documentation.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or industrial experience required
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Basic computer and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Steel toe shoes or boots required.
