Our client, an industrial manufacturing environment is seeking a Mixing Operator to join their team. As a Mixing Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, a focus on quality, and the drive to keep work areas organized and continuously improve processes.

Job Title: Mixing Operator

Location: Cleveland, OH

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Nights (23:00-07:30)

What's the Job?

  • Execute production in the safest, most efficient manner possible to manufacture product that meets or exceeds customer expectations.
  • Follow Henkels SHE standards and practices, including using all required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Immediately correct safety hazards and stop production when there are concerns regarding safety, quality of product, or equipment damage.
  • Complete required paperwork accurately and on time, following departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Own your work area and equipment by maintaining housekeeping standards per 5S requirements and supporting Continuous Improvement (CI) efforts.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Mixing Operator, Machine Operator, or Production Operator experience.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
  • Willingness to perform minor equipment troubleshooting/repair and regularly scheduled operator maintenance.
  • Comfort working in a team environment with a professional, team-player attitude and readiness to support special project work as directed.
  • Understanding of Continuous Improvement (CI) and willingness to identify, communicate, and implement CI opportunities with supervisor approval.
  • BRILLIUM LI testing required - information will be shared further in the process.
