Job Title: Packaging Crew

Location: Ferndale, WA

Pay Range: $19

Shift: Swing Shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Remove bacon and other pork products from smoking racks
• Label products for distribution
• Build and break down boxes and packaging materials
• Stack and palletize finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized work area while following food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards

What's Needed?

• Strong attendance and reliability
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced production environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to maintain productivity throughout the shift while prioritizing safety
