Packaging Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Packaging Operator to join their team. As a Packaging Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring efficient packaging processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Packaging Operator

Location: Cockeysville, MD

Pay Range: $16.50

Shift: Day Shift (0600 AM - 2:30 PM)

What's the Job?

• Label, inspect, and package final container products using manual and automated systems
• Operate packaging equipment, including filling, labeling, and sealing containers
• Maintain accurate documentation of packaging activities and equipment setup
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, and safety policies
• Assist with other packaging tasks such as sorting, counting, and box formation

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or relevant experience preferred
• Ability to recognize deviations from specifications and maintain accurate records
• Proficiency in English, with basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a repetitive environment
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible schedules as required
