What You'll Do
As an Industrial Painter, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality finished products by:
- Preparing parts and components for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
- Applying paint and protective coatings according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Inspecting finished products to ensure a professional appearance and exceptional workmanship.
- Identifying and tracking parts accurately using work orders and production documentation.
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, production, powder coating, automotive body shop, or a related field preferred.
- Vocational training or painting certification is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
