Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Painter, you'll play a key role in delivering top-quality finished products by:

• Preparing parts and components for painting through cleaning, sanding, masking, and surface preparation.
• Applying paint and protective coatings according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Inspecting finished products to ensure a professional appearance and exceptional workmanship.
• Identifying and tracking parts accurately using work orders and production documentation.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and following all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in industrial painting, manufacturing, production, powder coating, automotive body shop, or a related field preferred.
• Vocational training or painting certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and comfortably stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
