Painter/Driver

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Painter/Driver to join their team. As a Painter/Driver, you will be part of the operations support team supporting transportation and industrial painting functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Painter/Driver

Location: Troy, OH

Pay Range: $36000 - $50000

Shift: 1st shift: 7a-3:30p Mon-Fri

What's the Job?

• Safely load, secure, and transport materials and products using appropriate equipment.
• Inspect vehicles before and after use, ensuring safety and reporting any issues.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Apply paint using spray guns and other methods, following technical drawings.
• Maintain organized workspaces and monitor supplies for painting operations.

What's Needed?

• Valid Ohio driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in cargo loading, securing, and transportation.
• Forklift operation experience required; crane experience is a plus.
• Previous industrial painting experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and operate hand tools and measuring instruments.
