Product Specialist

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and quality assurance, is seeking a Product Specialist to join their team. As a Product Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Department supporting production and inspection teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to quality control, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Specialist

Location: Erie, PA

Pay Range: $18-$20 based off experience

Shift: 7a-7p or 7p-7a

What's the Job?

• Evaluate production parts to customer specifications and quality standards to ensure product conformity.
• Complete final audit inspections and properly document product status.
• Measure Quality Inspection Plan (QIP) dimensions using various metrology equipment and inspection techniques.
• Audit production parts from injection molding machines for visual defects during production and after packaging.
• Communicate quality concerns to the Quality Supervisor and support defect analysis with photographs and reports.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and perform measurements accurately.
