Production - 1st shift

Our client, [Industry Descriptor] is seeking a Production - 1st shift to join their team. As a Production - 1st shift, you will be part of the production and rebuild operation supporting hands-on teardown, inventory, assembly, testing, and shipment activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the drive to follow procedures consistently to help deliver rebuilt equipment that meets customer classifications.

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range: $21

Shift: 1st shift

What's the Job?

• Tear down older leased mainframes returning for stripping and rebuild for release.
• Inventory parts during teardown and determine whether components are reusable.
• Rebuild machines using used parts aligned to customer classifications.
• Support testing activities to confirm rebuilt equipment is ready for release.
• Prepare completed units for shipment and ensure they are sent out according to process.

What's Needed?

• Ability to perform hands-on production tasks with consistent focus and accuracy.
• Comfort working with equipment parts, labels, and inventory processes.
• Willingness to follow established procedures for rebuild, testing, and shipping.
• Ability to meet required background and verification steps, including SSN trace and enhanced nationwide search database verification.
• Ability to complete required drug testing (urine - 5 panel - no THC) and criminal verification requirements.
