Production Associate

Our client, a leader in Light Industrial manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to quality and safety.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Pay Range: $18.38

Shift: First shift -- 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

What's the Job?

• Perform assembly, testing, and packaging of electronic and mechanical products following prescribed quality standards
• Utilize visual aids, written, and verbal instructions to manufacture products accurately
• Move parts and materials efficiently to maintain smooth workflow
• Rotate between different operations within work cells and departments as needed
• Prepare and maintain work records and communicate process issues to supervisors

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience in assembly or related fields such as manufacturing, food service, or automotive work
• Dependable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Good attitude, ability to follow directions, and openness to change
