Our client, a growing production and warehouse facility located in the Park Fletcher area is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Indianapolis - Park Fletcher
Pay Range: $20 per hour
Shifts available: 7am - 7pm - 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule OR 4pm - 12:30am - must train 1 week on days
What's the Job?
- Operate Emboss production machines manufactured by Entrust
- Run test cards to confirm the card magstripe and chip are activated
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the running of the job
- Ensure the cards and the attached mailers have clear print and are presentable for customers
- Clean up pod area and machine when day is done
What's Needed?
- Experience using a computer for data entry
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and safely lift up to 40 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to reach above shoulders, climb, squat, kneel and bend often
- High school diploma, equivalent work, or a combination of work, education, and military experience (preferred)
