Production Associate

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality medical devices. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Alameda, CA

Pay Range: $20.25 - Day   $22.28 Swing

Shift: Day/Swing

What's the Job?

• Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs, and regulatory standards such as Federal QSR and ISO 13485
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance
• Accurately document lot history records and component accountability
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment
• Maintain proper gowning procedures, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards in a controlled manufacturing environment

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work with microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons, and small hand tools
• Cleanroom or regulated manufacturing experience (medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical) is preferred but not required
• Ability to clearly speak, read, and understand English
• Reliable, trainable, and comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment
