Production Associate

Our client, a leading food processing and manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting the extraction and processing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: Frankfort, MI

Pay Range: $15.50-$17.50/hr based on role, and +$2/hr premium for night shift where available

Shift: 1st and 2nd, 2 days on, 2 days off schedule with 12 hour shifts and rotating weekends.

What's the Job?

• Operate, monitor, and maintain extraction, infusion, evaporation, and concentration equipment to meet production goals.
• Support sanitation activities to maintain a clean and inspection-ready environment.
• Assist with ingredient addition, waste disposal, and process documentation to ensure accurate production records.
• Respond promptly to system alarms and process deviations, collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.

What's Needed?

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends on a rotating shift schedule.
• Must be able to see/differentiate all primary colors, utilize ladders, and work on elevated platforms.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
