Production Associate

Our client, a food production company, is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the food preparation and production team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Orlando, FL
Pay Range: $15.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Wash, prep, peel, and cut fresh fruit according to company standards using fruit peelers and small paring knives. Training is provided.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production, staging, and raw product storage areas, including removing empty boxes, trash, and debris.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, quality, and workplace safety procedures and immediately report any incidents, accidents, or safety concerns.
• Work cooperatively with team members in a fast-paced, cold-temperature production environment to meet daily production goals.
• Work a full-time 1st/day shift from 10:00 AM until close, Sunday through Friday, with one additional scheduled day off assigned upon start date.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift and occasionally lift up to 60 pounds.
• Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and quality standards.
• Must follow food safety requirements: no artificial nails, no artificial eyelashes, and no jewelry except for a plain wedding band without stones.
