Our client, Manufacturing is seeking a Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the Production department supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, solid reading/comprehension skills, and practical problem-solving ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: New Hope, MN

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday; 3:00PM - 11:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Perform extrusion and production duties within the manufacturing area to support efficient, high-quality output.
  • Obtain and verify correct batch documentation and ensure the right ingredients are delivered to the work area.
  • Set up and start production machinery by checking controls for adherence to operating and safety procedures.
  • Safely process materials by packaging and/or skidding to the correct size and container based on customer specifications.
  • Complete required paperwork and maintain documentation while following all safety and work rules and keeping the department clean and organized.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or GED completed.
  • Manufacturing/Industrial Operations experience (1 year).
  • Cross-functional problem-solving techniques experience (1 year).
  • Forklift operator license completed.
  • Intermediate skills in manual dexterity, quantitative skills, reading/comprehension, and conflict resolution.
