Production Generalist

Our client, a leading organization in the mailing and processing industry, is seeking a dedicated Production Generalist to join their team. As a Production Generalist, you will be an integral part of the operations team supporting the mailing and inserting processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

We’re Hiring Production Generalists | 3rd Shift | Pay Rate  $17.28/hr.

Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Shift: Monday through Friday
Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Inserter Operators to join a fast-paced production team. In this role, you will be trained to operate industry-leading inserting equipment, perform quality inspections, troubleshoot machine issues, and ensure mail processing jobs are completed accurately and on time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Pitney Bowes and Bluecrest inserting machines
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Perform quality checks to ensure mailing accuracy
• Identify and separate damaged or non-conforming materials
• Stage completed jobs for warehouse pickup
• Adapt to changing production volumes and priorities

Requirements

• Experience using a computer for data entry
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Basic math skills
• Ability to stand for approximately 95% of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs without assistance
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment
• Experience operating inserting machines
• Military experience or equivalent work experience is welcome
