Our client, a successful manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be assisting with production tasks and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and consistency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helper

Location: Waynesboro, PA

Pay Rate: $20/hr.

Shift: 7:00 am to 3:15 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Assist in making boxes and preparing products for packaging
• Off loading finished product
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Show up consistently and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What's Needed?

• previous production experience preferred
• Dependability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures
