Production Laborer

Our client, manufacturing and warehouse operations provider is seeking a Production Laborer to join their team. As a Production Laborer, you will be part of the production support team supporting warehouse and manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Laborer

Location: Munster, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Night shift (11pm - 7am)

What's the Job?

• Assist in sorting, inspecting, and checking products for quality assurance
• Support assembly of smaller products in a manufacturing environment
• Use hand tools to aid in product assembly and inspection
• Lift and move materials occasionally weighing up to 25 lbs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Ability to work night shifts from 11pm to 7am
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
