Production Lead - Days

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and packaging, is seeking a Production Lead - Days to join their team. As a Production Lead - Days, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Lead - Days

Location: Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $19

Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 12-hour shifts

What's the Job?

• Oversee daily packaging and production operations ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality standards are met
• Train, coach, and supervise production personnel to promote a productive and respectful work environment
• Monitor production processes, verify documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support equipment maintenance and safety procedures
• Communicate effectively with management, maintenance teams, and team members to maximize productivity and minimize downtime

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or packaging leadership preferred
• Forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills
