I’m excited to share an opportunity for a Production Operator where you’ll perform assembly, disassembly, rework, installation, and soldering work while following production procedures and supervisor direction. Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Ellisville, MO
Pay Range: 18.77
Shift: First shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
What's the Job?
- Start up equipment (where applicable) and ensure machinery is in safe operating condition at the beginning of each shift.
- Complete and sign the daily safety checklist (machine guard checklist) and follow all safety procedures.
- Attend Tier I meetings with the group leader and receive daily production instructions.
- Perform production line operations using visual aids, verbal and written instructions, and specifications provided by the leader or trainer.
- Maintain quality and safety by performing first-piece inspections/releases (where applicable), stopping work when there is a safety risk or scrap increases, and escalating issues immediately to the group leader or supervisor.
What's Needed?
- No experience required; completed elementary school education.
- Availability to work overtime and holidays when required.
- Ability to understand and follow workplace safety requirements.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Teamwork skills and a responsible, committed approach to daily production.
