Production Operator

Production Operator- Direct Hire | Bloomingdale, GA
Manpower Direct Hire is now hiring Production Operations for a growing manufacturing facility in Bloomingdale, GA. This is a direct hire opportunity offering $18.50/hour on B Shift (4:30 PM - 2:00 AM)
Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly line duties and operate production equipment
• Assemble products according to quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy
• Load components onto the production line and package completed products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
• Report equipment or production issues to supervisors
• Assist with additional duties as needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
