Production Operator

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Operator to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: OGDEN, UT

Pay Range: $22

Shift: Monday – Friday, Start Time 07:00 - 15:00

What's the Job?

• Review all paperwork before unloading or bagging product to ensure accuracy
• Inspect packaging materials inside and out prior to filling
• Obtain laboratory approval for all raw materials delivered to the plant
• Ensure products meet quality standards and are approved before packaging
• Properly mark, label, and fill bags, supersacks, and packages following SOPs

What's Needed?

• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
• Forklift certification and safe operation skills
• Knowledge of scales, conveyor belts, and bagging units
• Ability to meet PFT requirements for respirator use, with no facial hair interfering
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
