Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturer of advanced automotive components, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of a manufacturing cell environment supporting coating operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, reliability with attendance, and a positive attitude that helps the team meet production goals while following safety procedures.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Grand Haven, MI

Pay Range: $15.00/hour

Shift: 6:45 AM - 3:05 PM (Mandatory Overtime Every Other Weekend)

What's the Job?

• Support coating operations within a manufacturing cell environment
• Load, unload, and handle materials throughout the production process
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail to help ensure quality and consistency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
