Production Worker

Our client, Industrial manufacturing is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a positive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Grand Haven, MI

Pay Range:

Shift: 1st Shift (6:10 AM - 2:30 PM) Mandatory Overtime Every Other Weekend

What's the Job?

• Operate and support roll-forming production equipment to keep parts flowing smoothly.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and follow established work instructions.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain safe, consistent production habits.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support quality and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality in every step.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and stay focused during repetitive tasks.
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude—show up ready to contribute.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
