Production Worker

Our client, Industrial is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Coatings manufacturing cell environment supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a reliable and safety-focused mindset, and the drive to learn and contribute in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Grand Haven, MI

Pay Range:

Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:05 PM

What's the Job?

• Support coating operations within a manufacturing cell environment
• Load, unload, and handle materials throughout the production process
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while working toward production goals

What's Needed?

• Strong attention to detail for inspection and quality checks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
